Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–3 working days.

Personalised products may require the full processing period before dispatch. Processing time is separate from the delivery time shown for your chosen shipping service.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will normally begin processing on the next working day.

UK Delivery

We offer tracked delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Available delivery options may include:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – from £2.90
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – from £4.65
• FedEx Next Day – from £8.50, where available

The exact delivery charge available for your order will be shown at checkout. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight and contents of the order.

Free UK Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free on eligible UK orders of £45 or more. Royal Mail Tracked 24 and FedEx Next Day are free on eligible UK orders of £60 or more, where available.

The applicable free delivery option will be shown automatically at checkout when the order qualifies.

Royal Mail and courier delivery times are estimates unless a service is specifically stated as guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, seasonal demand, public holidays, courier disruption or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Damaged Parcels

Mayagra operates as an online retailer and does not currently offer customer collection from our business address.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
